We not only deliver great quality with our carcass, but we also maximise budgets for more price-sensitive projects. These custom handmade carcasses, in fact, fit all spaces and room types. Moreover, you can produce them in various cupboard combinations.
We construct all carcasses using 18mm MFC board, featuring 2mm front edging, an 18mm hardboard back, and Blum clip-on hinges with soft close. Every drawer unit features a Metabox drawer equipped with a clip-on soft close mechanism. We construct rigid units using dowel methods, ensuring they arrive at the customer securely wrapped in cardboard and strapped for safe transportation.
Budget-friendly
Flat-pack cupboards reduce assembly during manufacturing, providing a cost-effective alternative to pre-constructed cabinetry. Packaging them flat allows for more to fit into transport vehicles, which further lowers costs.
Easy to manoeuvre and store
Flat-pack units come in compact packages, making them easy to carry into tight spaces, up flights of stairs, or into properties with limited access. Stow them away easily in any extra space until your project starts.
